Returns & Refunds
Our refund & returns policy will start 14 days from the delivery dispatch date. If request a refund after the 14 day period, we will unfortunately be unable to complete your request.
Please allow up to 14 days after the request for your refund to be processed. If you haven’t received your refund within this time frame, then do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
In order for us to process the return/refund, we will require your order number, full name and email. You can find this on your returns slip in your package or on your confirmation email. Returns are not prepaid, if you would like to return an item you will have to pay for the returns postage yourself.
Refunds will only be given if the item is returned back in its original state with the tag attached.
You will find a pre printed returns address label in your package. Please remember that this is only an address label and is not pre paid!
